The 72nd annual motorcycle rally is just down the road, and it is time to make your lodging plans NOW!!

The official dates are August 6th - August 12th, 2012. We are getting ready to take reservations at all three of our properties; all located on Keystone’s Main Street; as well as our chalets. We have checked around the area to see what other properties are charging, and we know that we are lower than the competition. Due to the economy we want to offer everyone the chance to enjoy the rally, even in these tough times. And we offer discount shopping and meal deals to our guests in Keystone. We expect that our rooms will go fast, so please contact us right away.

We will have the following rate schedule for the Rally: (add 8.5% tax to all prices)

Friday - Sunday, August 3rd -August 5th - all standard rooms $99.95 / 1 - 2 people (add $10.00 per night for each additional person).

Monday - Wednesday, August 6th - 8th - all standard rooms $159.95 / 1 - 2 people (add $30.00 per night for each additional person).

Thursday - Sunday, August 9th - 12th - all standard rooms $89.95 / 1 - 2 people (add $10.00 per night for each additional person).

We will offer an additional discount for those who stay all 3 nights - August 6th, 7th, & 8th:

Take $30.00 off per room per night on these 3 nights. (This discount is available only to guests who are staying all 3 nights - Monday - Wednesday, August 6th, 7th, & 8th during the week).

From Thursday August 9th – Sunday August 12th we will offer an additional discount. If you stay 2 or more nights during this time period, (Thurs - Sun) then the rate will be $79.95 plus tax per night, each night.

Rates for our suites are $75.00 - $100.00 per night more than the standard rooms, depending on the amenities.

Please call us as soon as possible and we will set up your reservations. We will once again require a deposit, which will consist of the entire rate for the first night, including 8.5% sales tax. This deposit will be due within 2 weeks of booking the room. The balance will be due in full by May 1st, 2012.

Once the deposit and/or the balance is paid, it is nonrefundable.
